Absolutely terrible. They lie and try to extort money from you. The lease agreement stated you had to give 60 days notice of vacating the apartment at lease end. 63 days before the end of the lease I delivered a notarized letter stating I would not be renewing my lease. A few weeks after that manage said I had to stay another month or pay them $521to end the lease as they never got a vacate letter. Totally stunned me how they could lie and try to extort money from me. I refused to pay as I had honored the lease agreement. So they sent it to a collection agency. Stay well clear of this place.Management lies and tries to steal your money. Infact Stay clear of any property owned by Elon property management.
