Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Took my PC to Best Buy (big mistake) which is where I bought it. They wanted $360 to fix something that my warranty supposedly covered. So I found these guys in the phone book. They checked it out for free, found my hard drive was bad and fixed it for less than half of what Best Buy wanted to charge me. I'll be taking it to these guys from now on. Highley reccomended.
