The studio is known for pressuring people into extra payments. A lot of the classes end up being hang out time for certain teachers rather than actual yoga/pilates. Their hiring practices and other general business practices are highly questionable. Be aware.

I contacted the manager, Tracie, when I had an issue. She was both patronizing and condescending. Her behavior violates basic yogic principles of kindness and compassion. I cannot support this business.

My wife bought me a massage there for my birthday and I went with Liz. Boy, was I disappointed! I asked for deep tissue and recieved the most terrible massage ever. Then at the end of my massage I recieved the worst sales pitch ever and just wanted to get out of there. My wife and I will not be going back there again!
