Car was is old and out dated. Under carriage was was of poor quality. The laundromat dryers were slow and old and the only had 3 baskets to move your laundry around.

We stop here every year for Auto Fest and they always make sure the car wash bays are nice clean for me to wash my car. Thank you and keep it up

Great Staff, I work in frankenmuth and get all of my service done here and wash my car here once or twice a week. frankenmuth car care does good work for me.

HORRIBLE customer service. A simple oil change turned into a disaster. The oil leaked out all over my in-laws driveway, and had to make a second trip to have it fixed properly. Then on the way home to Ohio the oil guard came off. When I called to relay the story instead of being told they were sorry and how could they help I was told, "Well what the hell do you want me to do if you're in Ohio?" by Steve and when I called the owner's personal phone number he never returned my calls. Poor customer service, and poor business owner. I guess thats what you'd expect from somebody who can't even change oil properly.
