Every time I go to this post office the line is practically out the door. I waited 30 minutes today to mail one package...when it was finally my turn the clerk told me to get out of line to add the priority tape (which at every other post office I have been to, the STAFF tape the box up and go through the sphiel about hazardous goods, etc.). So I step out of line to take the 20 seconds to tape my box and then have to wait another 10 minutes until the clerk was free again. The staff is so slow and amazingly rude. I asked for the name of a supervisor, but they sais they don't have one. But I am determined to file a formal complaint. Something really should be done - it is a constant problem.
