I made a specific request for a computer glasses prescription. The computer glasses prescription that I presently use are from an exam with a different Optometrist 2 years ago. They are perfect. This Optometrist was going to be away for awhile & I wanted to get an exam sooner to get a second pair of computer glasses. I explained to Dr. Willinger that I was happy with the present prescription. I explained that my computer screen was 36 inches away. I took her prescription to a eyeglass store. What I got was computer glasses that were only good within distance of 25 inches. The glasses were useless at any other distance. That made the variance quite impossible to use. After having the glasses made elsewhere and finding it worthless, I had to go back to this optometrist to redo the prescription and than back to the eyeglass store to have the computer glasses redone. This you can imagine became a horror story.
