I went to chim chimney sweep to get an estimate on having my chimney cleaned and I met a woman named Carole. She was extremely rude and just before opening the door to the business I heard a female voice that was obviously angry. I paused and heard several obscenities from this voice. This was clearly the woman I never met before. As I continued through the door and approached the desk, this same voice said to me, " What do you want?" I said, "Excuse me. I am enquiring as to have my chimney cleaned." Immediately she seemed to become belligerent. I was asked to, " Just wait a minute." as the phone at her desk rang. This person proceeded to answer the phone and become loud with the person on the other end. I looked around and was shocked by her appearance and the demeanor of her attitude towards the people in the room. As she continued to yell at the person on the phone, with obscenities, I was appalled by her behavior and turned around to leave. As I was leaving I heard her insult me
