Their agent, Bob Gangi is HORRIBLE and the office is just as bad including Matt Cuddy who has been in this business for years. We thought using somebody who had been around for so long would be of benefit to us. He put the property on the market and did nothing to market it. We had periods where we didn't hear from him for months unless he wanted to drop the price. Once we finally went under agreement he wanted us to chase him around and never responded to phone calls or emails. The main office lied about several things as well. I would NOT ever recommend this office to buy or sell with. They are horrible and I will file a report with the better business bureau. Run and run fast from this agency!
