Super clean, Super friendly, Super competitive prices for the high quality work they do. I love this place, they are amazing artist and they make you feel so comfortable. They were so honest, they suggested I take my time and visit a few shops to get ideas and prices since I was unsure. I went to 2 other shops which both tried to get my money by tattooing me right away and didn't have ideas of their own. I went back to Eighth Element Tattoo of course! I thought I had to set an appointment, but Frank's client couldn't make it and had to cancel that evening, so he fit me into his busy schedule. I didn't know California had "Southern Hospitality", because Frank was such a gentleman!
