Just wanted to take a minute to express how much of a pleasure working with the Stephen's Heating and Cooling. We Came home from work and found my ac wasn't working...which was miserable to say the least...in a panic I called Stephens well after the time most people quit answering and they answered and scheduled me the very next day...They are super knowledgable and Super easy to work with plus being a local family owned business is great also! Will def be calling in the future!

Gas pack unit was not blowing any hot air. Called on monday. Eddie stephens was at my house on tuesday and physically showed me what was wrong with the unit (heat exchange tubes were burnt through) He explained the cost of fixing my 17 year old unit and the fact that more problems could follow. After a detailed discussion on size, style and brand we decided to replace it with a new unit of the same type. Ruud 2.5 ton gas pack14 seer unit. He explained everything from the seer raiting to the aamount of air flow needed for size of unit. We signed papers on wednesday and he told me the unit would be done by friday at the latests. He and his team had the unit done and running by 5pm thursday. To sum everything up best prices, class A team, and fastest responce ever seen. Highley recommended to any and everyone.

Just moved to SC and my air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Asked my neighbor who he would recommend. He said he trusted only Eddie Stephens. I sent them a service request at 8:30 that night. Promptly at 8:00 the next morning I get a call. He came out by 1:00, on time. Had it fixed in no time. Only needed a new capacitor. Nicest guy and very professional. I asked if I should have both units checked out for maintenance. He said to wait until the spring, then get them done!! Said to get my heating unit looked at in Oct. to make sure it runs well and for less money. Awesome local business!!!

Where do I begin... these guys are Awesome A+++ ! I called them to let them know that my air-conditioner had not been working, spoke to the receptionist, and I'm not kidding I know more on up the phone with her and the technician called and told me that he was in the area and could he stop by and take a look at it and told me that this time of day if the unit was in the attic that he couldn't go up there because was probably 140 up there this time of day. He was here in less than 10 minutes, I'm not kidding. He went upstairs and told me that he needed to go in the attic to determine the problem, he went up there anyway ! He told me that the motor was burned up and is still under warranty and that the part wouldn't cost me anything just labor, how many guys would tell you that, and that I should get in touch with the guys that put it in because it might be cheaper labor and that I didn't owe him anything for the visit, are you kidding me ! I could go on and on but I am running out of r

unbelievable... I barely got off the phone with the young lady that took my service call and the phone rang and it was a technician going over what the problem was and he said he was in the area I would stop by to see what the problem could be he also told me that this time of the day it the problems in the attic you can go up there because this time of the day that would probably be 140. He was fearless in 15 minutes, I'm not kidding. He diagnosed the problem, and guess what it was in the attic! He went up there anyway! Diagnose the problem and told me that the fan motor was under warranty and I needed to contact the company that installed it. And after all this I asked him what I owed them any tell me no charge ! It's nice to know that there are still people out there who are honest and not to knock people on the head. I'm a quadriplegic, two years, and on a fixed income. It's hot outside. They were God sent !

Just got our new Trane system installed this evening. This is a great Father and Son business. Highly recommend them. Eddie and his team are completely professional in everything from the diagnosis, to their recommendations in the estimates, to the installation of a whole new unit which included a larger size return vent. All workers were friendly and cleaned up after every job they completed. Eddie stays on the job site until the job is completed overall. We will definitely use his company for regular maintenance. Very impressed with the service. Our AC broke on a Sunday - came out first thing Monday morning, diagnosed problem and repaired without charging a lot for the repair. Highly recommend using Eddie.

Eddie was great. I called at 930 AM on a Sunday by 1200PM He was there. He found the problem (Ants had crawled up in the condensor and burned the Contacts out) He fixed it and had us Cooling back off. I have found my prefered heating and air man
