Being "snow birds" this service has been very important for us. High winds had blown tile off the roof of our house in Gold Canyon and "Arizona Home Watch LLC" called us, so we were able to have it repaired before the rain came. She also told us we needed pest control, which we arranged. We also appreciated having the "inside" service so the plumbing wouldn't dry out.
