Horrible service. A nightmare. If I could give a negative rate i would.For years I came here only to have one specific person continuously cut my hair uneven and too short. September 2013 was the worst. This person was shown a picture and I stressed the length I wanted. It was going well until her family came in. Then my hair was cut so uneven and short it took me months to get it even without taking it so short it would stand up at the crown. I also had my eyebrows waxed only to be burned and bruised for days. The managers reaponce- well good news is in a few months you will have the look you wanted. Really gee thanks. So months later they have alot of new people working there so I figure why not. They are within walking distance so let's see. Ok so I will NEVER AGAIN EVEN IF YOU BOUGHT ME A HOUSE RETURN! Yet again by a different person my hair is 1-3 inches uneven and one side was not even thinned out. So again I have to pay someone to fix this and again go shorter than I want to get this fixed. What is wrong with management to not notice how Crappy their people are? I love having to pay twice for a haircut thanks for the horrible service.
