John Teeples is an outstanding member of the community. He has a green footprint and outstanding business etiquette with a borderline genius taste in structure, colors, and coordination. He is great a finding new uses for old things. He had no problem meeting his deadline. People must understand if you decide to change something halfway through, it will take some time to readjust. I will go back to him for all contractor and remodeling needs. I would recommend him to anyone.

Honestly John Teeples Construction doesn't even deserve 1 star! John Teeples Constructions boosts energy star efficiency but never actually gets houses energy star tested! When asked why we didn't have 'proof' of the energy star efficiency John Teeples said that it isn't guaranteed and we would have to pay for them to come test our house! Just the tip of the ice berg with this builder. Didn't finish even close to on time, cheaped out on everything in the house even after we paid for nice stuff, his subcontractors are terrible (sheet rock looks like the rocky mountains), lied to us, tried to get money from us that wasn't his, and most importantly built us a house that was supposed to be custom that is anything but custom! Do not use this builder!!! I wish someone before us would have reviewed him so that we would have known to turn and run when we were introduced to him. He can talk a GREAT game but his product does NOT back up his kind façade!
