I have had to do a lot of calling around and follow up myself to get my prescription taken care of. I have found the patient help or follow up of the office staff to be greatly lacking.

I have seen Dr Readinger and have referred my husband, daughter and son-in-law. She is takes her times listens to your issues and was very thourough. Our experiences with Dr Readinger and her staff have been positive ones. I would recommend Trinity Vista to anyone looking for a good Dr who is willing to take time to listen.

Ms. Karl was absolutely amazing. The staff up front was not. There was a problem with my insurance (just the fact that the staff didn't pay attention to see I only pay a percentage) and they said I'd have to pay the entire thing up front. I asked them to speak to my boss on the phone because she can explain it better than I. They said it was against policy, even though I was right there giving them permission to speak to her, which IS their policy. I asked for the total of the bill, which they wouldn't give to me. They wouldn't let my boss pay the unknown total over the phone, which is fine. They office manager got on the phone finally and yelled and belittled my boss. She spoke to me like I was a child, which I made very clear was unprofessional. She was so rude she made my boss cry! Finally, after about 30 mins of arguing, they gave me my total, of $69. All this fuss for less than 100 bucks. I would never expect a manager to act the way she did. I will not return.

Dr. Readinger and her staff are amazing and the clinic is very nice! Best dermatologist in Fort Worth.
