Purchased a Mini Cooper for my daughter for Christmas, we had to purchase the Display since it was the last one.... came home to charge it, and the wrong adapter was sent to charge the battery. We were not able to give it to our daughter Christmas Morning (She is 2) and we are still trying to get in contact with Toys R Us. No one answers the phone and we want to make sure they have one before we make the hour drive to switch it out. Very Frustrated that Santa had to leave his gift for our daughter out in our shop.

On Monday paid lay-away in full online. Went to store to pickup and waited over an hour during lunch and was told it will take longer to locate and someone would call for pickup. I didn't receive no call back and called after work and was told lay-away was ready. On today, received call that lay-away was ready, when I was picking up and some items were missing, but found and reboxed. I explained that I arranged for pickup after work today. Rep said come to back and it will be ready. Daughter and I arrive a few minutes after 6 pm and it's almost 7 pm and she still waiting. Bad experience after spending over $100 dor grandbaby Christmas.
