I have had a great experience with Tek 1st. They solved my server issues where other IT help left it in shambles. I would reccommend Tek 1st over any other IT outsourcing company. They have a very knowledgable staff, they are trustworthy, and they are honest. They gave me a discount on software after we had already okayed the previous higher-quoted estimate. They said that the software price had come down from the time that I okayed the estimate to the time that I purchased it--instead of keeping the money, they passed on the savings to me. It is hard to find honest people in the IT business.
