he is the worst attorney ever. DO NOT HIRE. He can not remember names, dates, or read material he requests you provide. He will bill you multiple times for the same item, by calling, sending a letter, and handing a document to you - 3 seperate charges for him. His retainer is 100% non-refundable. He does not like when he is caught with mistakes. He will tell you what he thinks you want to hear but not what it actually take to win a case! He gives all lawyers a bad name. Do NOT use him; do NOT recommend him. He is not well like in the legal community and would hurt your case more than help. He only helps himself to your hard earned money. We are turning him in to the State Bar of Texas, the BBB, and possible litigation to limit damages he has caused our case.
