We didn't get a paper today 12/9/13 but tried to call the paper office every number that I could find only to be told the call volume was to high and they just hung up pressed 0 and still no answer the star telegram is the worst run company you can't ever reach a human and we pay over 200.00 a year I think I am going to stop my paper when it's time to renew I'll go to the internet.
