Our visit last night was a pleasant surprise. I had boycotted this place a year or so ago when things had gone downhill but due to the closeness of the location, decided to give it another chance. EXCELLENT ribeye, filet, lobster tails and service. Thank you, Saltgrass / Fossil Creek, for turning everything around. We will be back and we will be back VERY soon!
My family and I eat at this restaurant alot. Fantastic service and great food. I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody.

Best ribeye steak I have ever had by far! I moved here from out of state and this is where I will bring all of my out of state guests for a "real" Texas steak.
Very good food, always a lot of food. Usually I split a meal with a friend. Their servers are always friendly. And if you have black pants on, they give you a black linen napkin so you don't get white "fuzzies" on your black pants from white napkins!
Good steaks, good service
Expect a long wait on a weekend evening.
