BEWARE!!! I have been taking mine and my Mither In Laws fur babies to Melissas for several years and have spent thousands of dollars. This past weekend I had boarded the both of them from 3pm on Saturday and picked them up Sunday at 730, due to the Sunday hours only being from 630-730. She charged us $85.95. The boarding fee was 50.00 and 45.95 for DAYCARE for Sunday. When my husband called and informed her we would have picked them up first thing Sunday morning but she chooses not allow pickup until 630-730 we had no option. She told him its her business and she makes the rules! Ridulous!! There have been many of times that I have taken the boys to be groomed and their appointment was first thing in the morning and they dont call until 5:00 and Ive never been charged an additional day care fee!! We will never use or refer Melissas again!!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. This place is terrible. I highly suggest never gaming your animals here. We left my dog here for a week while we went on vacation this past spring break of 2015. He was the happiest and most cheerful dog. When we picked him up he was a completely different dog. When we got home he acted afraid of everything like he'd been abused while being there. He wi not leave anyone's side and is afraid of being alone and in his cage. He's never been like this. We've taken him to many places and left him there for longer than a week and he's never been like this only when we took him here. It's heartbreaking to see my dog like this. We even called his doctor they called it "Cainine Stree Syndrome". As I said before. I wouldn't take your animals here they could end up being like my dog...I'm for sure never taking him here again.

Took my dog to get a haircut. I usually pay with a check. But when i called to see if my dog was ready they asked if i could pay with a card. When I arrived (after i paid) to pick her up the groomer told me that she "nicked" her. Now i know why they wanted me to pay with a card. Got my pup home and she wouldnt even walk on her leg. She had a big gash. The cut got infected. The vet had to cauterize and cut off the flap of skin because it was too infected to stitch. The owner wouldn't pay vet bill or give me my money back for haircut. Not worth the headache. Find someone who cares about your dog and someone who cares about customers. Don't even want to give this place one star.
