I am in my third week of the diet, having great success!!! I feel really good, I am sleeping so much better, haven't had heartburn in three weeks compared to taking a pill for heartburn almost everyday. My energy level is improving by leaps and I am now wearing one size smaller. The entire staff is so helpful and professional.
