There is DEFINITELY A LANGUAGE BARRIER! Even worse immediately realizing I was not understood while trying to get help in translation another customer actually called me a racist!!! and told me I was rude for asking if she understood English when clearly she didn't when the answer to the question I posed three times was the simple word Boy?!!? Unfortunately I allowed the woman to BUTCHER my son's hair. (About 10 inches gone) So much for having my summer Surfer Boy.. All this even when she was given MULTIPLE PICTURES TO COPY!!!The reason I gave it a 2 star is that Wonder Woman Christi came to the rescue!! My boy looked like that guy in 28 days later when he woke up in the Hospital I Kid you NOT I almost cried. Christi was able to at least fix it. So long hair Beach look is now a layered short hair boy. Problem also being how slow my son's hair grows. It won't be long again until summer of next year:-(

Fool me once, shame on you - Fool me twice, shame on me. I've been to this salon twice and will never return. The staff are not very friendly. Perhaps it's shyness or the language barrier, but when dealing with a variety of customers with varied needs & requests, one should make an attempt to understand what the customer truly desires. The stylist was tardy and didn't apologize for it, but had she done a decent job on my hair and not rushed to tend to her next appointment, then I wouldn't have been as bothered by this experience. I've had better work from a Great Clips.
