Absolutely atrocious service. They're never reliable to be in contact, even if they email you with a phone number to contact them directly, they don't answer for entire weeks. They also kept my product for more than a week after I asked them to send it back to me, and of course I couldn't get in contact with anyone there to complain about this or ask why they hadn't shipped it yet, and neither could Samsung. By far the worst service I've experienced period. they only get a star because I can't submit this review without one.
