This place is the worst place I have ever done business with they will not send a title to me so that I can get tags for my car we are going on six weeks of calling them to get it the court house has called them twice also and they can't get it. It should be illegal for these fuucks to buy people loans f

I did not CHOOSE this company to do business with, they "cherry picked" my good standing loan from another company. My required payments are due monthly on the 24th for $350. I ALWAYS paid early and OVER the due amount... for example, Aug, 2011 my payment was for $500 not $350. in july 2011 my payment was $400 not $350.. EVERY payment OVER the due amount!! I received a bill in Aug 30 stating a payment was due.. (postmarked Aug 29) due date is 24th. this was the FIRST time I was told about the "sale" of my loan... I already made Aug payment (on the 20th) to the original lender for $500 (not $350).. I called in to speak with them concerning the obvious confusion and was treated extremely bad, and as if I was a bad customer that was extrememy behind. took 8-10 call backs (bieng hung up on) to get a supervisor... who treated me badly also... even after I faxed proof of EARLY and OVERpayment... the VP was no better... he assured my loan showed good, yet I am getting collecion calls
