Our battery died today and AAA sent Manuel Ramirez of Imperial Towing to assist us. He arrived in less than ten minutes and the first thing He did was to bring each of us a cold bottle of water He also asked a number of times if we would like more.. The temperature was near if not over 100 f . He checked the battery and determined it was dead. We were then given a number of options regarding the battery. He was every bit a gentleman and we were very impressed with him and his professionalism. It was almost worth breaking down, he exceeded in every way. Thanks, Larry & Betty Curtis P.S.
