The only star this practice gets is for it's great doctors. The problem is, you can't get to see the doctors without dealing with 6 other incompetent people first. I've had nothing but problem after unnecessary problem with their "Staff"...none of whom want to accept responsibility. Staff is rude and condescending and frankly, incompetent. After 7 years with a great doctor, I'm going elsewhere to avoid all the unnecessary drama.

This clinic met all my medical needs until I had to go to an insurance approved doctor. Dr Hodgson is one of the finest doctors in Tarrant County or the world.. Freda McClure

Don't go here! Staff is awful...especially about returning phone calls. You will die first before you get the results if you are expecting bloodwork results.

I called to schedule a physical and discuss medication with the doctor. I confirmed with the office and with my insurance that the visit would be covered as a well visit. When my husband took my daughter in they charged him $88 and when I called to ask them why they were rude and condescending.

I like NTFP because the doctors SIT AND LISTEN TO YOU! I couldn't believe my appt recently! My doctor actually sat and talked to me and LISTENED! Yes, I did wait about 30 minutes, but it was well worth it when I talked to the dr. .... no matter what dr I see, they always take the time to listen....and this modern age of medicine, that is VERY HARD TO FIND! I just take my laptop and use the free wifi while I wait. The staff is courteous and helpful. I have been coming here for 3 years and plan on staying for a VERY LONG TIME!

I have been going there for over 5 years. Drs. are great but staff is unorganized. My last appt, I have to wait 1hour and 15 minutes from my scheduled appt before being seen. Then the nurse walked in and started talking to me about someone elses test results. She had the wrong chart. I have ALWAYS had to wait over 30 minutes. I am now looking for another doctor.

This facility is like most of it's kind. Doctors and nurses are busy and it's often hard to call direct to them, but you can get through when you need really to. There are different doctors and you need to select one that works for you. The care is good and they respond to prescription refills within 24 hours. I may not always like what the doctor has to say but I always get the truth and that's what's important. I've been using this facility for 8 years and I've always been treated well and with respect. The wait time to see the doctor is less than most facilities of this type and I recommend using North Tarrant Family Practice.

Can never speak with Dr. Office personnel rude, and are untruthful. When call to speak with nurse of your doctor you get someone else.Practice very unorganized. If you see a Dr other than your own in an emergency for one visit all of a sudden your regular DR can't renew prescriptions for you.Dump you off on unneeded specialist with out the DR ever speaking to you about it.They use to be very nice, but when you start to see them for something more than once in 1 1/2 years they don't want to see you anymore.Don't refill prescriptions after you have been seeing them and receiving them for many years. They tell you that you need to see a specialist for any more prescriptions. Lecture unnecessarily about over use of medication when you take them as they were prescribed.90 pills 1 or 2 tabs every 4-6 hours as needed state a refill in 30 days or 60 days is too soon. that prescription equals 120 pills in 1 month if 1 is taken every 6 hours.
