5 star for the complex in seven points since the new maintence man has been there i believe his name is david. he works hard and knows what he is doing. the place has never looked cleaner.2 stars for management.manager is hardly ever there. due to the fact y'all have got her trying to run two places. also have people there waitng for rental assistance with about 6 out of twenty 2 br apts available. why?
