I've been taking my trucks here since 2001 with little problems, but it seems 2014 they've changed staff and its horrible, put my truck in march 26 2013 because the temp was running high 210/220 range, they found the diverted valve was bad, got it back, drove it 20 miles, was still running high 200's and now had a coolant leak! Took it back, told them it was the water pump, they said it was a freeze plug, "replaced" the freeze plug THEN realized the water pump was actually bad, ordered the pump, two days pass and no word, I called THEN. I'm informed they didn't ship a gasket, and it would be ready Monday, ( this was Friday ) Monday comes, no call, Tuesday I call, they inform me " there were running behind on repairs" and it would be ready the next day, ALSO now they find a leak in the a/c hose, (they just worked in the truck less than two weeks agoand found nothing) , and for another 1300 they can have it ready the next day. I tell them nope I'll pick it up Tuesday (the next day) now my bill jumps from $2217.00 to $3715.00 because they still charged me for a/c work I told them not to do, go back the next day to get it corrected NOW its $2567.05 because hey said I authorized a radiator flush, (had a new radiator installed in December, why flush it so soon?). Then leave the shop and my a/c doesn't work...it worked when it went in both times to them!!! They say "well when you had the radiator put in back in December? They caused the leak!" Stay away from this place!!! You will leave with more problems than you drove in with!!!Anthonioj

Not happy at all my truck was in and out of this shop thay gave me more resens for y it y not fix then I have ever herd in my life was told when my parts get there it would be fix three days later it was stell not fixed sat for nine days wighting
