Horrible service. When they gave my husband a root canal they did not numb him properly for the local numbing shots, then as they proceeded with the root canal my husband told the doctor that he could feel everything he was doing (drilling into his gums). The doctor ignored him and continued. Then when my husband and I returned to get his permanent crown, the doctor popped a blood vessel in the gum and my husband sat in the chair bleeding for 35 minuets. Not to mention we spent a total of 7 hours between both visits. This is absolutely ridiculous and the doctor was unprofessional. As I waited in the waiting
room the doctor came in to talk to the receptionist about his 4 hour nap while my husband was in a room waiting for 45 minuets.

Horrible experience. I asked about a specific treatment that I needed urgently, they told me that they do that. I made an appointment and after waiting for over 2 hours, they did not do what I needed. Also, they don't get your dental insurance, even though is on network. They demand you pay them full price before even seeing the dentist.
