*Do not trust these people with your clothes* Every once in a while I will disregard the previous poor reviews of a company because I believe everyone deserves a chance to earn my business. Being minutes away from our new house and having seemingly old negative reviews, surely Dry Clean Super Center has changed is business practice given its appealing location.Boy, was I mistaken.. I dropped off two pairs of dress pants, a few dress shirts, and my custom tailed wedding jacket to by cleaned for an upcoming event. Upon drop off all was well and I was greeted with a smile and a quick registration for new customers, even a discount for my first time (now I know why they struggle to maintain clients). Again, everything seems okay until they have a hiccup and struggle to find all of my items during pickup four days later. I waited about 10 minutes and they brought out three bags in total. As I'm getting dressed I noticed the white shirt that was dry cleaned was not scrubbed in the underarms and collar as promised, no big deal I luckily have a backup. Pants look nice, socks, belt, tie looking sharp... then the overcoat. Hmm strange this feels funny. Oh wait.. that would be because it's not the top to my suit! Black jacket, but not my top of the line custom tailored suit jacket that I wore one year ago on my wedding day. Wow, absolute anger that I trusted a company with this very significant and meaningful suit, and they lost and tried to replace mine with someone else's. Luckily I also had a backup suit which wasn't recently dry cleaned for the event. Once we got i to the car I heatedly called Dry Cleaning Super Center and was relieving informed that they had my jacket and it was still in "processing" or being worked on. No biggie. I let them know I would swap it out tomorrow. The next afternoon I showed up, handed over the old beater suit and they said they can't find mine after just saying they had it 12 hours prior! What a nightmare. The GM meets me at the store and I helped him look in the back since they are an in-house cleaner and there is no sports coat to be found. The worst possible thing happened in that they gave away my jacket to someone else unknowingly as it didn't have a tag, just like the one I picked up. They are still trying to find it and said it will be compensated for if it turns out lost but how disappointing is that. The coat I kissed the bride in is now sitting in someone's closet. Nice upgrade for them! Hopefully they have the decency to return it. Or a store employee could of taken it for them own purposes because they aren't even aware if they gave it away or not. No closure. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the poor quality service.. go anywhere else other that Dry Clean Super Center. They don't deserve yours or anyone's business

This cleaner is under new mangement. I have been going there almost a year and have had wonderful service. However, after the new management took over the prices surged and they lost 4 of my shirts. The manager on duty when I went back inform them of this was the most unempathetic person I have ever met. If you have been going there I would definitely change.
This cleaner's ruined several of my dress shirts and refused to pay to have them fixed or replaced. I quit using them about 6-8 months ago after being a 2 time a week customer for years. No customer service!

Lost several items of clothing, then never returned calls when we complained.Every time I call the manager is conveniently 'out'.Won't ever use them again, they have no concern for customer service. Lost clothes are a cost of doing business to them, they make their money in volume.

After 3 years of being a loyal customer of this business, they refused to reimburse me for a $20 shirt that was ruined. First they refused to admit that they had done anything wrong, even though the shirt had shrunk 2 sizes ! After returning 3 times to try to rectify the problem, I finally gave up. What could have been a great opportunity for customer service resulted in the loss of my business. Over $20.00 !!! Incredible.
