Yesterday, on Easter Sunday, my family and I had the worse experience with "Dollar General". They had some candy on display 10 for a $1.00, and at time to pay for it, it rung up at $1.00 each. A Dollar General worker went to see if what we were claiming was true. And saw the same price as we did. The manager was the cashier, and had a bad attitude, and went on, and stated will not be able to honor that price since she could not override. We told her that was the price on display, and had no other information pertaining to a different product. She started to laugh with her co-worker as making fun of what my wife, and children were claiming. The manager at 5 pm on Sunday, April 24th, 2011 was arrogant, not professional, rude, insulting, made our experience the worse. She was cruel, and has no sense of respect toward others. We highly recommend folks like that be demoted or terminated. They misrepresent "Dollar General", traditionally they are very inviting, courteous, and professional. We love their product, and prices. Now, with this experience, we feel, "Dollar General" has lost our business, and we will tell our family, friends, and acquaintances of our experience. We told the manager she made a BIG mistake in treating us in this manner. Nevertheless, folks our suggestion do not buy, nor visit this particular "Dollar General" located in 4401 E Lancaster, Fort Worth, TX 76103 Store # 11818. They are rude, and bound to make your experience as a customer the worse.



Also, the person who is truly in charge of this store, we highly recommend take some action. We will continue to pursue this. No one merits to be treated in this manner. We feel hurt, are upset, and wish we had not visited "Dollar General". It made our Easter Sunday sour, and we are saddened
