terrible. Charged one rate when personal pay, then, months into it, when discovered I could use my PIP, doubled their fees for past services?? Legal?? No idea? But still holding onto their payment I gave them until they receive their double portion! Again, disgusting! To deplete someone's resources like that is awful and greedy! When they are trying to recover from a car accident and out-of-pocket expenses already!
