In October 2007 my husband was referred to Community Hospice by his doctor. During the time he was in the hospice we, the family, were impressed at all the support provided by Community hospice. All personnel were exceptionally empathetic and professional. The facilities and policies were excellent. We feel so fortunate that my husband was able to have the peace and care afforded by Community Hospice in his last days. The care is not limited to the patient but extended to the family both before and after passing on.
