This particular branch at Camp Bowie in Ft.Worth. Has some serious problem with their staff. I made a deposit with 2 separate checks received my deposit slip with the correct amount, then about a week later while checking my account online I saw a that they had removed $250 From my account that said there was an Error correction? Without any explanation or Phone call or notification by mail. They took the money out of my account because THEY lost one of the checks that I deposited. They never notified me that this had happened & just made this "Error correction ?????. I also have made deposits on more than one occasion and then found out I was overdrawn on my account due to insufficient funds. I was then charged $35.00 for each transaction I had made. I had the Deposit slip that clearly showed my account balance was well above the amount that my debit card transactions were made for. They would not reimbursee my account.
