i went here to get a hat cleaned. they said that they could do it and it would look brand new. i went back later that day to get it and although the hat was very clean he destroyed the bill of the hat. it was very flimsy. when i went back after i noticed it when i got home, he said i should have known better than to take it to him, that it was my fault. we got into it and he said to leave it there and he would fix it and if he wasnt able to he would replace it. i went back the next day and the hat wasnt there, the receptionist called him and he said to give me $30. i told him how much the hat costed me which was $35 but he said it was old. it was maybe a month old and now i cant even find the hat anywhere to get a new one. this place is horrible and i will never go back and i advise everyone to do the same! i hate this place
