      Beach Pain Center is a Fort Worth chiropractic, pain management, and accident/injury clinic. Dr. Noorani offers a free consultation and various treatments for people that are in pain or have recently been in an accident. These treatments include care for whiplash from a car accident, lower back pain, pinched nerves, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain, migraine and headaches, knee pain, disc problems, carpal tunnel, and much more. Beach Pain Center also offers treatments for pain management and physical therapy. All treatment programs are unique to the patient's pain and symptoms to make sure they get back to good health as soon as possible. Beach Pain Center will work with your insurance provider so you get the proper care.
