Jeff was incredibly friendly, punctual, and informative. He gave us a thorough and professional assessment and his appraisal was within $200 of the actual price I paid for the jewlery without him ever being told how much I paid ($200 out of several thousand, so very close). He was right on the money. Highly recommended!
