Very rude,spilled hot water on my daughter, they pulled her hair.my daughter had a mouth full when I picked her up

I'm natural and have a long experience of getting braids since I was young. While getting box braids the pulling and tugging on my hair was unbearable! I had to stop them numerous times to ask them if they could be more gentle. I was also watvhing a girl from across me getting kinky twist and observed them cut almost 4 inches of her hair off that was sticking through a twist. I mean; Rather than redoing it they literally just cut It off.They don't face you towards a mirror so you cant see what they're doing. They're rude and will change prices. Be ware.

Went there yesterday on Oct. 12 2011, for a wash and twist on the side with the rest of my hair curly. My hair is natural so I expected the employees to have a range of hair they style. I am a young black and Native american Woman who was born and raised here in Fort Worth. I say my race so you can get an idea of what type of curly pattern I have. I have 3C hair type .Paid $45 and had to go back within hours because my hair had no body no nothing. Then when I went back I was made to seem as though I had no clue what I was talking about. I went back stating that I did not even want a full refund, I said I know what was done to my head was not worth $45 dollars. She (Yama) offered to re-due the hair which I agreed to despite the constant pulling and tugging on my hair. I will say this the second time around was much more "aggressive" than an hour earlier. By choice she chose to re-wash my hair instead of just twisting the other side of the front of my head. She chose to use just water
