We decided to use A-Action Home Inspection for our first home after our friends recommended them to us. Our inspector, Nathan Ross, was very professional. He arrived before the appointed time and was already working when we arrived. He was very thorough and explained everything that he found, even things that were not dire or serious. He allowed us the time to ask questions, and when he went through the report with us, he answered all of our questions truthfully and with full disclosure. This was definitely an expense well worth the price. Do not choose a cheaper inspector based on price. We felt so confident in our purchase, and we knew what lay ahead for us in our new home, and that was mostly due to Nathan's complete candidness and honest interest in our well-being.
