While they may have moved to a central city location in The Journal Gazette Building, their weekend office employees, are the same nonchalant attitude personnel as before. Using the online ordering service, and according to their own rules, after an order has been placed, and automatic email message notification is supposed to be generated, which notifies the customer, that their order has been accepted. It hasn't worked for weeks, and the weekend personnel take offense about it when anyone reminds them, and then will ask for a manual acceptance notification. They claim the comments placed by the customer on the order is talking down to them, and they believe it is rude. That being said, the weekend office personnel don't mind calling the customer on the telephone, and chastising them verbally. Unless there should be a significant change in the attitude of the weekend office employees, I shalln't any longer be doing business with them.
