They did a fine job shortening the sleeves on my leather jacket. It just took them a little longer than I would have wished.

Not sure about the negative reviews here. I've been doing my alterations here for years with wonderful quality workmanship, speed, and friendliness. I highly recommend it!

If I could rate this alterations shop with negative stars I would! If you value good customer service and accurate & timely alterations this is NOT the alterations shop for you. My bridesmaids dress was ruined by the manager/owner of this shop. I had to buy a brand new bridesmaids dress on rush delivery because of her horrible alteration mistakes as well as pay the alterations fee because she did not back up her work. In addition to the repeated alteration mistakes on behalf of the owner, I was verbally attacked and yelled at by the owner in front of all other customers. This woman then lied to the Better Business Bureau after I reported her unprofessionalism in both customer service and quality of her work. I had to go to this shop on several occassions to try to get the alterations done right, but ultimately left with a ruined dress (visible seam lines in the wrong colored thread, altered entirely too small, stains, and ruined chest wiring) and wasted alterations fee. She did not replace my dress or alterations fee. On several occassions she got in my face and yelled at me when I requested that my dress be fixed from her damages. Please do not give this horrible shop and horrible owner your business. Customer service and quality of work are not important at this business.
