We recently had the Steam It team come out to our house to clean all the carpets in the house including halls and stairway. We had one bedroom in which the carpet had been treated terribly by our teenage son. I was worried that the stains would not come out! They got all the stains and had the carpets looking better than when we moved in. They also cleaned our sofa and love seat previously. We had our basement flood and they were there the same day and extracted the water which was really appreciated. However, my fianc and I are both young and he was trying to get as much money as he could out of us and even lied about spraying some type of mold mildew application. Called him out on it and he immediately took it off, it shouldn't have been that easy. He also wanted to know how much money we got from insurance and told us to hold off on sending the check in because we wont get the money until the work is done- which was not true at all! I told him we decided to do the rest ourselves! Saving a lot of money by not going through him!
