Established in 1992, Signature Care offers primary and specialty health care services through more than 75 hospitals and over 7,000 health care providers in Indiana and Ohio. It is a part of Parkview Health, which specializes in providing nutritional counseling, rehabilitative and community health improvement services. The parent organization operates Parkview Medical Group, which provides nearly 15 physician practice locations in northeastern Indiana. The group is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Parkview Health manages several occupational health centers that have expertise in workers compensation injury treatment, medical surveillance, and drug and alcohol testing services. The parent organization additionally offers immunization and vaccination programs. Its testing laboratories are certified by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments and the College of American Pathologists.
