One star is too many. Rating is F-. They more than flunk at customer service. They insult and abuse their own customers. Horrible, beyond belief experience of customer service (I can not call it service though) at their store. I do not expect that you have to be nice, (though, you could at least respect customers) but not be treated in such a manor that was displayed on 4-22-11 5:00 pm. I would not return to your store if my life depended on it.
