I took my car here based on commercials and a couple of friends that took their car there 10+ years ago. I did not have a good experience. My manual transmission went out on my '96 Mustang. I figured I needed a new clutch and a transmission repair, which was correct. I asked for them to use OEM parts, which they assured me they typicaly do. I did not hear from them, so I called 2 weeks later and was told they would have to manufacture the part because they couldn t get it. I called the dealer and they had them in stock (Lie #1). I got the car back a week after that. The clutch was a LUK clutch not OEM and was extremely weak. I didn t even leave the parking lot, before I went back inside. 2 more trips back and another $400 out of my pocket I finally got a vehichle that runs, but not as good as it was before the transmission went out to begin with. To many lies from the front desk staff and poor quality in the work done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

John at the West shop arranged the tow truck, then came and picked up me an my Mother. He provided a loaner car so I could get her fed and returned home. My car was fixed in a few hours at a reasonable price. Workmanship was good with a fast turnaround. Customer service was outstanding at a time when I really needed the extra. If I need Transmission service again, I will return, no questions.

In the six months since initially dropping my car off at Russ Moore's on Coliseum, they have had it a total of 3 times. The first, I did not get it back for 3 weeks. Most recently, I've had to have other repairs, costing $200 out of my pocket, because of a mistake that they made. I would not recommend Russ Moore to anyone. I would give zero stars if it would let me.
