Wow, how shallow ARE some people?? The 1st reviewer sounded like a control freak and a paranoid schitzo. REALLY?? Ever been to a pizza place that told delivery time BEFORE the order?? 2nd reviewer, very well said but what kind of sauce, a side sauce? Blame not the server, to err is human. As for MY experience it seems they at the location at southgate plaza has been exemplary, didn't make any sense on a pasta order that was contradictory to my previous order a few weeks prior but, was most likely a new or lazy person, NOT a fault of the company in general. Too many factors involved here people NO negs should be given unless you get messed up orders CONSISTENTLY. Don't judge because of one experience. They can mess stuff up as they have for me but overall they have bent BACKWARDS to accommodate me.

ORDERED OVER THE PHONE FOR DELIVERY AND THEY WERE VERY NON EXPLAINATORY AND SEEMED BOTHERED BY ANY QUESTIONS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN ASKED BY THE CUSTOMER. THEY TOOK MY CREDIT INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME WELL MAM IT COULD BE AN HOUR. I THEN TOLD THEM WELL DONT YOU THINK THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDED TO PLACE MY ORDER. HOW RUDE OF YOU. THIS ALSO INCLUDES WHEN I HAD TO TELL THE JERK TAKING THE ORDER DO NOT REPEAT MY CARD DIGITS BACK ALOUD NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT MY CARD INFORMATION STOLEN. I THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL HIM THAT I WOULD GLADLY REPEAT IT AS MANY TIMES AS NECESSARY BUT HE WAS NOT TO REPEAT IT BACK TO ME.
