They came out right on time. The driver was very polite and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure that no extra damage was caused to my car in the towing. (my driver side wheel had broken off, and he tried four different ways of inching the rotor up the ramp without dragging it against the bed.) Needed their services twice in a one week period. Their service was impeccable. Each time they showed up well within their estimated time frame (in about twenty minutes, rather than the estimated forty-five). Both drivers (Ben and John) were kind and courteous. We will need to have our vehicle towed one more time and will definitely be using Parker again.
