What a huge mistake we made in purchasing this spa !! Between the 'pass the buck' referral system this company has between the manufacturing plant, the dealers and the so called 'service' companies - especially referring to MEDFORD, OREGON facility. After paying $5500.00 for the spa, at an Oregon Roadshow, we needed customer service to adjust and re-program the mother board in our NEW spa - - - only to find out that we would have to PAY almost $200.00 for the service call (according to RHONDA) from Medford, Oregon. It's in the warranty information she stated. Check out ALL of the warranty information and read the fine print . . because MASTER SPA, has fine-tuned all of the deceptive and confusing wording to make sure they are going to get the consumer (purchaser) at each and every angle. This is TRULY the biggest mistake we have made . I am forwarding a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in INDIANA, MISSOURI and Oregon as well as any and all Consumer Advocates People..
