I am very dissatisfied with my furniture that I purchased for Klopfensteins. It is junk!! I special ordered it and paid cash for it. Over $2,000. I received it on December 7 and buy the 17th it was starting to fall apart. It came apart in the seams and ripped. In the back of the sofa metal strips came through the top and put holes in the bonded leather and since this is a reclining couch it hit my wall and tore up my walls I just had redone. After checking the rest of the sofa and loveseat I have found other areas that have came apart where the material was stapled under the reclining parts. Service came out on December 31 and said they would have to order parts for this and said it would be about 2 weeks for the parts to come in. Now it is February 5th and still no parts and no phone calls! I will NEVER purchase furniture from Klopfensteins again. By the way, I did purchase the extended warranty that is good for 5 yrs. By the looks of it, it will be in a dump by then. Pure junk!
