No notice given for maintenance. Maintenance done on holidays. If it snows you might as well call in because they wait til noon to plow you out. The carpet is old and disgusting. The cupboards are stained and greasy. If you get a bad building they blast music all night. You can't fit a full size couch in your door thanks to a privacy wall directly in front of your door (only door) The only thing good is the Price.

Hickory Creek apartment's have been beneficial for a War veteran like myself. The Staff is always helpful, Maintenance issues are resolved quickly without conflict. The "all utilities paid" is a life style changer when a simple gas bill can run you $500 plus a month. With the utilities paid I have room to actually live.....
